"This man has had encephalitis lethargica - has symptoms of Parkinsonism, rather slow, has oculogyric crises. Was a dull sort of chap to begin with. Discharged from the army without a pension - Dr is trying to get him one as he thinks it was attributable. Working in woods. LE confirms - he wanted rehabilitation training but was turned down - was in an awful state at the interview."
